I read the report on flour milling in Nigeria and was impressed.
Am presently doing a research on cassava flour production and usuage in Nigeria,please could you please avail me with necessary reports.

I will need reports on present cassava milling companies,the number of tonnes produced on daily & monthly basis,government initiatives,market penetration and percentage used in baking and confectioneries.

How may I get more information?

Hello! I’ve been doing some research on Nigeria and its flour industry, and found David’s report really helpful. As a follow-up, would I be able to gain access to the following information: (1) Nigerian milling companies (daily capacities and usage), (2) historical average per capita flour consumption globally and (3) in Nigeria specifically. Any help would be very appreciated, even if it’s to refer me to an alternate source.
